Why Your Mid Back Is Always Sore
If your middle back is constantly tight & sore, on one or both side, and massage doesn’t seem to help for long, here’s why… and the way to fix it once and for all. Most people think that the cause of mid back pain the muscles (and it can be in some cases); But if you have a chronically sore mid back, that keeps coming back, there’s a good chance that you have restricted mid back joints. Stuck joints in this area can not only cause middle back pain, but they can cause tight mid back muscles too.
To fix mid back pain once and for all, you need to do two things: Avoid the positions that jam the spinal joints, and mobilise those thoracic joints. In this video I show you 9 common causes of mid back pain. And here's the video showing how to release those stuck joints...

Best Sleeping Position For Back Pain, Neck Pain & Sciatica
Переглядів 207 тис.Місяць тому
How to sleep for back pain, neck pain & sciatica boils down to one thing: sleeping in a neutral sleeping posture allows the spinal joints to sit on each other in a way that minimises compression, irritation, and overstretching muscle. But it’s harder than it sounds to find a neutral sleeping position. Lying face down twists the neck & jaw, and increased the lower back arch adding to lumbar pain...

Wow, wow, wow!!!! With ice packs pressed against the base of my skull, I performed Exercise 1, three times for two days. The tingling, numbness, pressure, and congestion in my ears and at the left rear side of my head, and base of my skull are gone!!! After almost three years of primary care doctor, chiropractor, neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist appointments, two rounds of MRIs, hundreds of anti-inflammatory pills, and parting with thousands of dollars looking for help, I have finally found the fix for my “occipital neuralgia” diagnosis! Thank you so much for posting this video. I’ve done many chin tucks and a lot of neck traction during that time, but never lying down and simultaneously, as you demonstrated. This position allowed me to simultaneously apply ice packs, which I think was also very helpful. Wow, praise the Lord!!! 😂

can you help me? I think I have C scoliosis in my waist. I always look at it with my hand. It's like a C jersey bent on the right side. The left side is fuller. I feel it when I bend over. When I look at myself in the mirror, I have lordosis in my waist space. I have resistance on the right side. The line has fallen on the right side. I do the left side stance so that it is a straight stance. I am 33 years old. I weigh 50 kilos, my legs are thin, I can't exercise, I'm afraid it will be bad for scoliosis, I don't know which exercise should I do, will what you do help me?

I think this is the only video that emphasised loosen the spine joints before sleeping. I have L5 s1 posterior herniation 6mm and I followed other many videos which all mentioned the same things and place pillows under your leg blah blah blah. I stilll get sore left leg when I do that. Today i tried the shown exercises before laying down and then try to wiggle tail bone further by pressing it down on the bed and move my pelvis side to side to loosen them up. This helps a lot.

My best advice was to raise level of mousepad so that the hand I use for mouse rests at the same level as the wrist pad that I use for keyboard. Having both keyboard wrist pad and mousepad at the same level was a significant improvement. The surface of your mousepad should be at the same level as the surface of your wrists when you type on a keyboard. Use paper sheets to micro-adjust the height
